Barcelona have reportedly not yet reopened contract discussions with Ousmane Dembele despite the recent speculation surrounding the France international.
The 24-year-old, who is out of contract at Camp Nou this summer, was told to leave the Catalan outfit during the January transfer window after refusing to sign a new deal.
However, Dembele ultimately remained at Camp Nou, and he has worked his way back into the side in recent weeks, contributing eight assists and one goal in his last six La Liga appearances.
Barcelona boss Xavi recently said that the club were now open to discussing a new deal with the attacker.
According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Dembele's agent recently met with the Catalan outfit in Marrakech in a bid to rebuild the relationship between the two parties.
The report claims that contract talks are yet to resume, but another meeting will be scheduled 'in the coming weeks' to discuss a new deal with Xavi's side.
Dembele has scored twice and registered 10 assists in 22 appearances for Barcelona this season, including one goal and 10 assists in 13 outings in Spain's top flight.
Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are among the clubs believed to be keeping a close eye on the situation.
