By signing Emmanuel Dennis from Watford of the Sky Bet Championship, Nottingham Forest hopes to improve their offense.

Following Watford's relegation from the Premier League last season, Dennis has been predicted to quit Vicarage Road.

The Nigerian played 33 league games for the Hornets last season, scoring 10 goals and registering six assists.

The Sun reports that despite having previously signed Jesse Lingard and Taiwo Awoniyi, two of Dennis' international teammates, Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper is still determined to add a striker.

While Forest would rather loan Dennis with the option to purchase, Watford would prefer to make a quick sale.

Dennis joined Watford last summer for £3 million after leaving Belgian Pro League team Club Brugge.
