'Caicedo agrees personal terms with Arsenal'
Brighton star Moises Caicedo has "agreed personal terms" with Arsenal ahead of the summer transfer window, according to reports in The Sun.
In January, the 21-year-old agreed a new contract at the Amex Stadium, which runs until 2027, after he released an open letter stating that he wanted to leave the club.
Arsenal are said to have bid £70m for the Ecuador international then and reports suggest the Gunners have reignited their interest, with Chelsea also still keen.

Newcastle United believe they are in pole position to sign Kieran Tierney from Arsenal this summer.
The Scot, 25, was restricted to just six Premier League starts throughout 2022/23.
Leao renews AC Milan contract
Rafael Leao has renewed his contract with AC Milan until 30 June 2028.
He has made 162 appearances, scoring 41 goals with 29 assists since joining in the summer of 2019 and was named 'Best Player in Serie A' last season.
Leao had been linked with the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea among other clubs, but has now secured his future with the Italian club.

Arsenal will make an opening offer worth £90m for Declan Rice after West Ham's Europa Conference League final against Fiorentina, reports the Daily Mail.
The Gunners are frontrunners for Rice, who will prioritise staying in the Premier League this summer as he prepares to snub a move to Bayern Munich.
Bayern Munich Thomas Tuchel had phoned up the West Ham captain to gauge his interest, but it looks as though the former Chelsea manager is set to be disappointed.
Rice, the Mail say, is settled in London, giving Arsenal a potential advantage over United.
Balogun leaning towards Arsenal exit
Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun is leaning towards a permanent move away from the club this summer.
Balogun turns 22 next month and feels now is the right time to get regular first team football.
Balogun has spent this season on loan at Reims and has scored 20 Ligue 1 goals. They play their final game of the season on Saturday against Montpellier.
The final decision will rest with Arsenal, as Balogun has two years left on his contract. They are expected to sit down with Balogun and his representatives soon to discuss his future.
We are told a number of clubs are interested – including RB Leipzig, Eintracht Frankfurt and Monaco.
Arsenal have 'no plans' to sell Odegaard
Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard is set to be offered a new contract.
Paris Saint-Germain have expressed interest in Odegaard, who scored 15 goals and provided seven assists as Arsenal finished second in the Premier League this season.
Manager Mikel Arteta no plans to part with Odegaard and are instead ready to begin contracts with him.
The midfielder has two years left on his current contract and, while there is an option to extend that by a further year to 2026.
Chelsea unlikely to pursue Ugarte deal
Sky Sports News understands Chelsea are unlikely to pursue a deal to sign Sporting Lisbon midfielder Manuel Ugarte.
Last week, we reported that the Blues had held talks about the possibility of the 22-year-old - who is thought to have a €60m release clause - moving to west London.
But with reports suggesting interest from PSG as well as a low wage offer, the move looks to be in major doubt.
