HAALAND REMAINS THE REAL DEAL

Haaland continues to keep open all the options placed on the table in recent months - chiefly Real Madrid, Manchester City, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, and Barcelona. As this newspaper has previously reported, his first choice in Madrid. According to sources close to the player with knowledge of the negotiations, Los Blancos have made it clear to Raiola that they will try to sign the Norway international if he seeks a move from Dortmund.

However, Haaland and his family have concerns about how firm Madrid’s intentions are. After all, fellow center-forward Karim Benzema is in sparkling form at the Bernabéu, and only appears to be getting better. Although the Frenchman is now 34, he looks to have at least another couple of seasons left at the same level. What’s more, Madrid’s attack next term is set to feature not only current star Vinícius Júnior but also PSG’s Kylian Mbappé, who is widely expected to join the 13-time European champions on a summer free transfer

Erling Haaland is ready to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer and Real Madrid leads the way in the race to sign the 21-year-old. Elsewhere, Arsenal is ready to hijack Aston Villa's deal to sign Philippe Coutinho on a permanent contract, Romelu Lukaku has dismissed rumors of a transfer away from Chelsea and Liverpool is keen to keep hold of Caoimhin Kelleher next season.

Erling Haaland is edging closer to a meeting with Borussia Dortmund regarding his future, where he plans to tell his club of his wishes to leave the Bundesliga club this summer. The 21-year-old is wanted by Europe’s top clubs, including Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Paris Saint-Germain. Spanish media outlet AS reveals that Haaland is keeping his options open, but currently views Real Madrid as his preferred destination. PSG has a good relationship with the Norwegian agent, Mino Raiola, and will “dig very deep” to sign Haaland to replace Mbappe. However, it is reported that competing in Ligue 1 does not appeal to the Dortmund striker.
