Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to return to the Manchester United XI for Saturday's Premier League clash with Everton at Goodison Park.
The Portugal international missed out against Leicester City last weekend through illness but has been back in training with the 20-time English champions this week and should be in the starting side here.
Edinson Cavani (calf) and Mason Greenwood (club suspension) remain out for the Red Devils, while Luke Shaw is a major doubt due to a leg injury, so Alex Telles could be in line for a start at left-back.
Head coach Ralf Rangnick may also decide to hand a spot in the final third of the field to Marcus Rashford following Paul Pogba's disappointing performance against Leicester.
Rashford could play in a front three alongside Ronaldo and Jadon Sancho, with Scott McTominay and Fred joining Bruno Fernandes in midfield at Goodison Park.
Harry Maguire played as the right-sided centre-back against the Foxes last time out and that is again expected to be the case here, with Raphael Varane shuffling across.
Jesse Lingard was unwell before the clash with Leicester but should be available for selection here, having also been pictured in training earlier this week.
Anthony Elanga and Pogba could be the two players to drop out of the attacking positions to allow Ronaldo and Rashford to start at Goodison Park.
Manchester United possible starting lineup: De Gea; Dalot, Maguire, Varane, Telles; Fernandes, McTominay, Fred; Rashford, Ronaldo, Sancho
