The Italian giants host Chelsea in the Champions League on Wednesday evening but have a few significant injury worries to contend with

Juventus forward Paulo Dybala will miss the game against Chelsea

Chelsea have been handed a boost ahead of their trip to Juventus, with the Italian giants having had a few key players ruled out before the game.

The Old Lady have not had the most inspiring start to the new campaign and are currently languishing in mid-table having won just two of their opening six matches of the Serie A season.

Despite that, Max Allegri's men began their latest Champions League campaign in the best possible way with a 3-0 success against Swedish outfit Malmo away from home.

They will of course be aiming to continue that positive form as they host the reigning European champions Chelsea at the Juventus Stadium.

Paulo Dybala
Arguably one of the biggest threats in the Juventus side following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo, the Argentine has started the new season in positive form having scored three goals and notched two assists in six games.

One of those goals came in the 3-2 win against Sampdoria at the weekend.

The victory ended up being a bittersweet one for Dybala though, who left the pitch in tears after sustaining an injury. He has been ruled out against Chelsea.

Alvaro Morata
A man who needs no introduction to Chelsea fans, the Spaniard netted 24 goals in 72 Chelsea appearances before departing for Atletico Madrid.

Following a short spell back in his homeland, the striker returned to Juventus last summer and has since rediscovered his goal scoring abilities.

Juventus will not be able to call on his talents against the Blues though, with Morata also forced off the pitch during the weekend's victory against Sampdoria with a hamstring injury.

Aaron Ramsey
Another who is familiar to fans of English football, former Arsenal man Ramsey has endured an extremely frustrating start to the season having made just one start for the Italian giants.

Juventus boss Max Allegri has already confirmed that the Welsh midfielder is set to be restricted to the sidelines.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference, he said: "We had a good training session. Apart from Ramsey, everyone is available."

Adrien Rabiot
A midfielder who could potentially be drafted into the side is Frenchman Adrien Rabiot.

The 26-year-old, who has previously represented Paris Saint-Germain, has been struggling with a troublesome ankle issue but is now fully fit, as confirmed by Allegri.

He said: "Rabiot is available as I said before. His ankle is fine, so yes, he will be available tomorrow."

He missed the weekend's clash against Sampdoria so it remains to be seen if he returns to the starting line-up.
